由于全球新型冠状病毒疫情的严峻形势，为了确保每位申请人的健康安全，避免交叉感染的风险，提赛德大学暂时实施了线上作品集审核方式，替代传统的面对面作品集审核。我们理解这一变化可能给申请者带来诸多不便，因此我们将尽最大努力确保线上审核的公平性和有效性。一旦疫情有所缓解，我们将立即恢复面对面作品集审核计划。我们的中国办公室团队将全力支持每一位申请者完成线上作品集的提交和审核。
关于线上作品集审核的具体安排，申请者需仔细阅读以下细节。鉴于今年疫情的特殊情况，我们适当延长了作品集提交的时间，以缓解大家的压力。以下是具体的提交截止日期：
对于需要就读16周语言课的学生（雅思4.5，单科不低于4.0，暂定2020年5月6日开学），作品集提交截止日期为3月20日。
对于需要就读9周语言课的学生（雅思5.0，单科不低于4.0，暂定2020年7月1日开学），作品集提交截止日期为5月22日。
对于需要就读5周语言课的学生（雅思5.5，单科不低于5.0，暂定2020年8月5日开学），作品集提交截止日期为6月19日。
对于直接就读主课的学生（雅思6.0，单科不低于5.5，暂定2020年9月21日开学），作品集提交截止日期为7月3日。我们强烈建议申请人在完成作品集后尽早提交第一次申请，这样如果有任何修改的需要，也有充足的时间进行调整。同时请注意以上日期为最终截止日期，逾期将无法受理。
关于作品集的提交方式，如果作品集（包括pdf文件、视频等）总大小不超过20MB，可以直接发送至我们的官方p。邮件标题务必注明申请人的姓名、生日和申请的专业全称。例如：“SUN Pingyao-01 Jan 2000-MA Concept Art”。若邮件标题不清晰或缺失关键信息，我们将无法处理您的申请。
若作品集超过20MB，申请人可以选择以下方式提交：
1. 通过Dropbox（需使用VPN）。请按照提示步骤上传作品集，并将链接发送至指定。
2. 通过OneDrive（无需使用VPN）。申请人可下载OneDrive app并使用手机号或注册。上传作品集的步骤详述如下（以手机端app为例）：注册账户->登陆OneDrive->点击屏幕右上角“+”并选择“上传”->更改文件名（包含姓名、生日和申请专业）->文件上传完成后，点击文件名右侧的“…”选择“共享”并“复制链接”->将链接发送至指定。请确保邮件标题清晰并包含必要信息。
关于作品集的要求，特别是对于申请创意类课程（包括艺术、设计、游戏、动漫、媒体制作）的申请人，需要按照以下准备要求和注意事项进行准备：
作品集应展示申请人的专业技能和创作能力。
请确保作品集的多样性，展示申请人在不同领域的才华。
提交的作品集应体现申请人的独特视角和创意。
如有视频作品，请确保其质量清晰，能够充分展示申请人的工作过程和成果。

Present all your works in a PDF file or InDesign document, or sort similar works into the same folder or document. Clearly label all the names of your works in English. For instance, the name of your portfolio could be "XXX-Portfolio".
Work 1
Work Title and Completion Date
Provide a creative overview to better help teachers understand how the work was conceived and why it was created.
Research Process: Image collection, historical background research, mood boards, inspirational images, text research, brainstorming sketches.
Production Steps: Drawings, thumbnails, scripts, image screenshots, sketch models, experimental setups, reflections, design sketches, and experimental processes.
Finished Product:动漫作品（Anime works）, perspective drawings, schematics, illustrations, short films, photographs, actual finished products.
Reflection on the Work: Help teachers understand what you learned from your design process and how you plan to improve and refine your work. Describe your ideas, designs, creativity, and the concepts your anime aims to express.
Works 2, 3, 4, 5: Organize in the same manner as Work 1.
Tips:
You may sign each work with your name to indicate ownership. There is a minimum requirement of 5 works but no upper limit. It is advisable to showcase multiple forms of work and display your artistic talent and skills to teachers. When submitting works that include web content or are in MEPG/AVI/MOV formats, please ensure the original file format is included in the submission.
Portfolio Review Cycle:
We will strive to provide feedback on your submission within 5 working days after correct submission. However, due to a recent surge in online portfolio submissions, your review cycle might be extended to 10 working days. Thank you for your understanding, support, and cooperation.
